Why Start a Chapter?

Local chapters are the backbone of our organization. They coordinate volunteers, manage donations and ensure that prosthetics reach the people who need them most. By forming a chapter, you create a hub of innovation and compassion in your community.

How to Get Started

  1. Gather a Team: Bring together students, educators, makers and healthcare professionals who share your passion.
  2. Get Training: Familiarize yourself with our assembly guides and quality standards. We provide resources and mentorship to help you succeed.
  3. Collect Donations: Encourage community members to print devices from our library or donate materials and funds to support production.
  4. Distribute Devices: Work with local hospitals, clinics and support groups to identify recipients and fit devices to their needs.
  5. Share Your Impact: Document your projects and share stories to inspire others and improve designs.

We recommend starting small and scaling up as your chapter grows. Our team is here to support you at every step of the journey.
